Orders and Payments

• All orders must be placed in advance and are subject to availability.
• A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your order date.
• Full payment is required before order fulfillment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.

Custom and Specialty Orders

• Many of our products are custom-made. Colors, designs, and decorations may vary slightly from photos due to the handmade nature of our items.
• Highly detailed designs, edible images, individual packaging, bows, letters, and specialty requests must be requested at the time of ordering and may require additional fees.
• Changes to custom orders must be requested within a reasonable timeframe and are not guaranteed once production has begun.

Pickup, Delivery, and Responsibility

• Pickup times must be scheduled in advance. Failure to pick up on the agreed date and time may result in forfeiture of the order without refund.
• Delivery availability and fees vary by location.
• Once the order has been picked up or delivered, Sweet Rainbow Treats and Snack Bar is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, or weather conditions.

Food Allergies and Safety

• Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to, nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies at the time of ordering.
• We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made close to the event date may require full payment due to preparation and ingredient costs.

Limitation of Liability

Sweet Rainbow Treats and Snack Bar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or consumption of our products beyond the purchase price of the item.

Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, images, and designs are the property of Sweet Rainbow Treats and Snack Bar and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
